Mandatory RSA Training
All Front of House team members are required to complete Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) training prior to working events.
We use Typsy.com to deliver industry-standard training.
You’ll receive email instructions on whether you’re required to complete this training during onboarding
Completion is required before your first shift on a Collective front of house server or bar team
Managers may request proof of completion
