Mandatory RSA Training

All Front of House team members are required to complete Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) training prior to working events.

We use Typsy.com to deliver industry-standard training.

  • You’ll receive email instructions on whether you’re required to complete this training during onboarding

  • Completion is required before your first shift on a Collective front of house server or bar team

  • Managers may request proof of completion

How Training Works at Collective

1. Onboarding

  • Receive employee handbook and expectations via email

  • Complete RSA via Typsy

2. Core Skills Training

  • Watch essential service and bar training videos

  • Be invited to our regular training sessions at Orakei Bay, PwC and Due drop Event Centre

3. On-the-Job Learning

  • Work alongside experienced team members

  • Receive feedback and coaching
